The hotel had an excellent location close to the ski area, which made it very convenient to get to the slopes. The staff was helpful and friendly. Excellent Family Stay During Christmas

The hotel offered a fantastic family stay during Christmas. The location was perfect - right by the ski slopes, so there was no need to drag our equipment far! the staff was friendly and accommodating. We were able to bring our dog, which was fantastic. The hotel provided all the amenities we needed for a long weekend stay with children. The rooms were comfortable and clean, ensuring that we all slept well.

While we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we found a couple of negatives. hot water was only available at night, which made showering in the morning difficult, and meant we had to be cautious not to use too much water.
